The recently built adventure playground with slide, swing, sandbox and climbing beam is the first thing to be explored after arrival. The small garden pavilion right next to it is the ideal place for board games. Always keep an eye on the stable door - because who knows which animal playmate is just peeking around the corner. And watch out, because when the Gruber family goes about their work, there's plenty to discover.

When it's time for barn chores, the Gruber family is happy to have interested eyes, ears and hands. The little calves want to be fed with milk. Also the cats are already lining up. The stalls have to be mucked out and the hay distributed accordingly. Learning while experiencing the cycle of nature up close is the motto at the Klammerhof.

In the sheltered lee of the house is one of the most beautiful spots on the farm. When the sun slowly disappears into Lake Millstätter See, the fire is lit at the campsite. Sit together, take your time, barbecue, tell stories and enjoy the warm summer evening. Just the right thing after an active day of vacation.
